Tribal Fusion

Tribal Fusion is a modern style of belly dance that emerged on the West Coast of America rather than in the Middle East. It is a wonderfully fluid style that takes inspiration from both east and west, combining belly dance moves with elements from various other forms of dance. Movements are often combined in ways that are not typical of Middle Eastern belly dance and require a lot of muscular control and isolation. The music we dance to is often electronic with no connection to Arabic music.

Loreley teaches a weekly Monday class in Oxford (Botley) and monthly Tribal Fusion sessions in Stanford in the Vale. See the Class Timetable page for details.

Suitable for those who have at least completed 2 to 3 terms of beginner classes.

For payment options or to book, just click on the Book Now button.

The best time to join the Monday class is when we begin a new choreographed dance as it generally takes more than a term to learn so you may want to check with Loreley before you book!
